What are the opening hours of the store?

Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 

Where can I park when I come to shop at ProSecure Distributors Ltd.?

There is paid parking at the back of the store in either the Carlisle House Car Park or the ICBL Car park. 

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver however there is a charge for delivery.

 

How can I apply for credit?

Come in to ProSecure Distributors Ltd. and speak to someone in the Accounts Department.


What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (VISA/MASTER), Debit Card, Cheques, Cash.


Do you give gift cards?

Yes.  You would have to give the names of the persons to whom the credit belongs.

 

How can someone lease space within the store?

Please contact someone in the Accounts Department.


Do you accept LPOs?

Yes we accept LPO’s.

 

Do you special order items?

Yes we special order items, once we can source the unit numbers and types you need.  However, you must give us a lead time of at least 4 weeks but if you need it quickly, we can have it in at least 5 working days but there will be an additional cost to you.

 

What is your policy on returns?

Our goal is to satisfy our customers by exchange, refund, or repair.   Clothing, shoes and accessories must be returned unworn, not soiled and accompanied by the original invoice.

 

Do you accept returns without a receipt?

No.  A receipt must be produced with an item you wish to exchange, have refunded or repaired or return.

 

Do you track returns from customers?

Yes.  A customer who returns items at least 3 times in a 2 month period will be flagged.
